• Advisory Board member for the professional magazine, Stadscahiers – De Transformatie van de Naoorlogse Stad, focusing on the restructuring post-war Dutch neighborhoods. (2006)

• Participant in workshop organized by the Hogeschool Utrecht (a professional college) to develop an urban planning curriculum, Master of Urban Management and Area Development (2006)

• Participant in exchanges on housing and urban redevelopment organized by KEI (Kenniscentrum Stedelijke Vernieuwing). KEI is a clearing house and networking organization established in 1999 by public and private parties active in the field of housing, real estate development, and urban planning. (2005-2006)

• Chair of Task Force commissioned by the Province of Utrecht to promote new initiatives for student housing. (2003-2005)

• Coordinator of study on the redesign of post war neighborhoods for STAWON, an architectural research foundation affiliated with the BNA (Dutch Architectural Association). (2003-2005)

• Participant in the New Amsterdam Waterfront Exchange, a workshop held in New York and Amsterdam of planning and development professionals. Organized by DE LIJN/NADC in collaboration with the RPA (Regional Plan Association of New York). (2003)

• Co-founder of NADC (New Amsterdam Development Consultants), New York. (2002)

• Hosting and moderating conferences, leading workshops, organizing charettes, giving lectures and presentations on urban development, housing and preservation, urban and landscape design. (1994-2006)
